Ok, I admit it. I broke down.
For some time now, I’ve been deluding myself into thinking that it was a good idea to host a website from a server at my house.
My house, which has a dynamic IP address.
My house, which is now in a different state.
On a computer that was totally not supposed to be a webserver.
Running half-finished, homebrewed blogging software.
Well, I’ve got better things to do with my time, and nobody was looking at those pages anyhow, so I broke down and paid for server space.
After a few hiccups, it seems to be up and running alright now.
I’ll get it configurized in a few days, and put some theme or another on it.
