From 2010 until 2016, I worked for the American Bar Association’s flagship magazine, the ABA Journal. Specifically, I was a web producer for the website, abajournal.com.
When I left, ABAJournal.com received in the neighborhood of 2 million page views a month, from about 700k visitors.
ABAJournal.com runs on the Expression Engine content management system. In September of 2014, the site underwent a complete redesign and upgrade. All the templates that are in use on the site since then were built by me. Throughout the site, I have built and maintained custom components for functionality and to ease administration (e.g., comment moderation functionality, a directory of legal blogs which pulls in content via RSS, content construction tools).
